After a strong PPV Crown Jewel 2019, WWE has to immediately turn its concentration towards tonight’s SmackDown. But It seems that the flight taken by WWE Superstars to return to the United States made a sharp delay.
Dave Meltzer has reported via Twitter that other than 12 unnamed talent, the entire remainder of the roster was still in the country, currently unable to leave.
Some notes since nobody can say anything. WWE had a problem in Saudi Arabia. Talent was not allowed to leave on their flight and most are still there. 20 people, 12 of which were talent, have left but the rest are still there.— Dave Meltzer (@davemeltzerWON) November 1, 2019
Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that WWE is currently working on a backup plan in case their top star doesn’t make it to SmackDown. A second charter flight is being put together for top talent so that they can arrive in time for SmackDown.
Let us remember that in the USA all the female roster remained along with Daniel Bryan and Sami Zayn, for this reason, they could be the protagonists of this night’s show.
