After a 35th edition at MetLife Stadium last April, WrestleMania will travel to Tampa, Florida next year. The American cities snapped the event which is vector of colossal profits! However, WWE seems to be considering the possibility of moving its biggest annual pay-per-view to another continent. And yes, we are talking about Europe!
In a poll (relayed by WrestlingNews.co), the American league asked users what city they would like to attend WrestleMania in the near future. If we find the usual Los Angeles, Washington, Las Vegas or Orlando, a destination a little apart has interfered in this selection. Indeed, London is included in the list of cities to welcome WrestleMania.
Of course, nothing says that the WWE will take the plunge but there are stadiums in the English capital that can accommodate tens of thousands of spectators and would be perfect for a WrestleMania. We think for example of Wembley who had already received SummerSlam in 1992.
A WrestleMania in Europe is a dream, but the WWE will have to deal with jet lag in order not to upset the American audience.
