Wrestlemania 36: John Cena vs. The Fiend? An update on the new rumors

Days go by and rumors change as Wrestlemania 36 approaches. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, several top-card matches should not finally take place as rumors have announced.

According to the journalist, WWE officials changed their minds about five to six matches on the card. These include the match between John Cena and Elias and Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt.

According to Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez, Bray Wyatt would face John Cena or Goldberg at the event. No other information about Roman Reigns’ potential opponent has been trusted by the journalists to observe him.

Also, Naomi may not be Bayley’s opponent at Wrestlemania, as the latest rumors claimed. According to Meltzer, the plans would also have changed for this match, and Lacey Evans could be Bayley‘s opponent for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Meltzer ended by explaining that the majority of these changes on the card come from Smackdown. A RAW match, at a minimum, would also have been changed recently.
