John Cena was recently a guest at The Ellen Show and talked about the fact that women closed Wrestlemania 35.

The Mania Main Event was really special because people paid the PPV to watch the feud between Becky-Ronda-Charlotte end.

Here’s what Cena said:

“You said you wanted to see if Becky Lynch could have beaten Ronda Rousey. And for the first time in Wrestlemania’s 35-year history, women were able to be in the Main Event, the main attraction of Wrestlemania. Which is historically incredible and very special. But hearing someone say ‘I bought the PPV because I wanted to see if Becky would win’, this is extraordinary. ”
