Evolution show is not considered “important”

Sunday night in New York City, WWE will present its one hundred percent female, Evolution. At present, the event card has a total of eight games, including three which will be championship games.

In recent weeks, Vince McMahon’s federation has not done much promotion for the event, as many fans have pointed out. During the Wrestling Observer radio show, Dave Meltzer spoke about the atmosphere behind the scenes as the show approaches.

“Nobody sees that as an important show. It’s more to make sure that Stephanie McMahon boasts of something and lessen the anger of women who can not go to Saudi Arabia. Nothing more. I was told that organizing the show at Nassau Coliseum shows that they do not see Evolution as a major show. Nassau is considered to be one of the worst arenas in the whole country so that they can have reactions. “
