Asuka defended her title against Charlotte Flair after SmackDow

There have been a lot of things happening this week on the WWE side, whether it’s on the air or off camera. After the big emotions RAW had with the returns of Roman Reigns then Batista, SmackDown Live also wanted to impress the gallery with the arrival of Kevin Owens. The latter, after Vince McMahon’s unilateral decision, will face Daniel Bryan for the WWE title at Fastlane. But that’s not all because a very interesting match took place just after the broadcast of the blue show.

Indeed, while it was a highly anticipated fight at WrestleMania 34, Asuka and Charlotte Flair found themselves in the big dark match of the evening. It is the Japanese champion who has kept his belt thanks to his famous “Asuka Lock”. You can admire a small excerpt of the meeting via the tweet below.

Note that Asuka will face Mandy Rose at Fastlane for the women’s title of SmackDown on the night of March 10-11.
